Effective date: September 2026. Governs access to aaravsharma.dev and associated software repositories authored by Aarav Sharma.

1. Intellectual Property & Open Source

Software released under open-source licenses (such as BeatWave) is governed by its respective repository license (MIT / Apache 2.0). All proprietary brand marks, logos, and custom commercial studio architectures remain the exclusive property of Aarav Sharma and respective ventures.

2. Consulting & Advisory Engagements

All enterprise advisory and custom software builds executed through Zephyr Devs or Vortex Apps are governed by bespoke Statements of Work (SOW) executed between client entities and Aarav Sharma.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

Open-source binaries, code snippets, and public tools are distributed "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
